Tony Rossiter
Director & Founder

Tony has over 15 years of experience in the Data Centre market. He has worked with companies across Europe deploying DCIM solutions to a range of enterprise, co-location and cloud service providers. In a range of industries from internet, telco and mobile operators, media, retail, on-line gaming in addition to public sector and education. His background is in network infrastructure, ranging from copper and fibre solutions, wireless LAN, broadband and wide area networking. Prior to starting Toros consulting, Tony spent the last five years in a global DCIM vendor responsible for EMEA region. Previous roles include Managing Driector roles at Nexans Cabling Solutions and ITT Network Systems & Services. He co-founded Colubris Networks Inc, a secure wireless LAN company who is now part of Hewlett-Packard, where he held the position of Executive Vice President,  Sales & Marketing. His technical and commercial skills enable him to understand how to apply technology to customer solutions.

Alex Rossiter

Alex holds a first class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Kent, England and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Application.  He has thorough analytical and mathematical modeling skills. Big Data is something we live with every day and Alex has the skills to unlock that data and turn it into meaningful information to improve the efficiency and operations of your data centre. 

Chris Heyn
Sales Director, Southern Europe

Chris has worked in the industry for almost 25 years. He is located in Italy and operates the Southern European region for Toros Consulting. He has worked with Tony in the past in several companies and brings a wealth of skills in developing partners, resellers, driving end-user business in a range of technical areas from unified communications, wide area networking, enterprise software and IT management suites. 

Teddy Theanne
Sales Director, Telecoms
Teddy brings vast International experience in successfully selling to and managing both Distribution, Reseller Channels and the Telecoms Operator Market (including MNO, MVNO, Tier 1 Carriers and alternative Service Providers). His experience covers Voice & Data Communications Fields (VoIP, Voice Convergence, Mobile Networking, Fixed / Mobile Convergence, Cloud Computing (IaaS & SaaS), Security Services (Cloud Service (CS), IaaS, Audit and Event Management, Data Protection, Compliance, Data Encryption, Data leakage & e Discovery) and Call recording). Teddy is also fluent in French.
Mike Shephard
Sales Manager, UK & Ireland

Mike Shephard is located near Guildford, Surrey (UK).  He is a consistently successful Senior Sales and Marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience, combining a strong commercial foundation with extensive and proven international Business Development capabilities.  Mike focuses on sectors including Communications & IT, Network Security and Cybercrime, Application Software, Cloud & SaaS and he has had senior roles in Sangoma Technologies, SalesForce Europe, Cirrato Technologies, Network Equipment Technologies (NET), Rockwell, TCS and Siemens.

Serdar Salepcioğlu
Business Development, Turkey

Serdar started his business career as a sales engineer at Turkcell Superonline where he was later promoted to be the director of corporate sales. He then worked in Meteksan Sistem and Altus Bilişim as sales director. Serdar worked for T-Systems Turkey between October 2009 and October 2011 as Deputy General Manager in charge of sales. Between October 2011 and September 2012 he worked for Altus Bilisim as Deputy General Manager in charge of sales & marketing. He worked as a General Manager of NetSafe Information Security Technologies between September 2012- November 2013 and is, MBA instructor at Bahcesehir University and partner at Satis Fabrikasi & Sekuritim. Serdar is a Certified Business Trainer (RWP) and the author of “Dikkat Satıcı Giremez” (Crea Yayincilik- October 2010) and “Ne Olmazsa Satış Olmaz” (Crea Yayincilik- April 2013).

Tansu Çolakoğlu
Business Development, Turkey

Tansu started his career as an Account Manager at G4 Communications (NH, USA) after graduating from Bentley University (MA, USA). He later returned to Turkey and took on Account Manager roles at Turkcell Superonline (ISP) & Ericsson (wireless and fixed infrastructure). Tansu then created and managed his own Internet/WebTV company, HOT TV, catering to the youth market in Turkey. A collaboration with GDS giant Amadeus IT Group SA took Tansu to various locations in Europe and Middle East, in order to conduct Online Travel Seminar for Amadeus’ personnel & client OTAgencies. Tansu became senior account manager at Diebold, engaging Turkish finance instituions’ C-level executives. Finally, an Account Director positon at a full service digital agency W3 Digital was his last stop. Currently Tansu is a managing partner at Satis Fabrikasi and a visiting instructor at Bahcesehir University (Digital Media, MBA).
